Joya histórica en el distrito U

An absolutely adorable vintage cottage, ideally situated close to UW. I stayed here for a few days to help my UW junior move into her fall housing. It was ideal in that we could walk everywhere and Trader Joe’s was just down the street. The house is beautifully updated and tastefully decorated. I really enjoyed all the windows and the most fun was people watching on the street! The neighborhood is very mixed use with a lot of students and quite a few unhoused individuals who stay in the park down the street at night. But despite that, the house felt secure and safe. There was a bike available for my use which even though I didn’t end up using it, that was very thoughtful. The beds were very comfortable as were the rest of the furnishings. I’d love to stay here every time I’m in town visiting my DH!

Lovely house and location. The sofa bed was not comfortable but everything else was great!

The property satisfied all of our needs during our stay. Our host was very helpful and informative which made our visit very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was absolutely perfect in every way!!!!
