The place fit up perfectly! It was so nice having laundry onsite. Very clean, and easy access to everything close by. Would highly recommend.

My parents are elderly and the main floor primary with the no step shower were key to the visit. Family pizza night was a blast. And the proximity to the campus and 6th ave is amazing. We'll definitely keep this home on our list of "must stays" whenever we visit.

This is n excellent property. It’s very close to the University, to the Proctor area, and a quick drive to the Defiance zoo and Port areas. The house has easy street parking and is I. A quiet neighborhood. The house itself is a very clean, pretty, property with upgraded rooms, appliances, laundry room, and kitchen. We had 3 couples and a child, all family. It was perfect!
