Wonderful location and very updated kitchen and bathrooms. Close to restaurants and UPS.

My parents are elderly and the main floor primary with the no step shower were key to the visit. Family pizza night was a blast. And the proximity to the campus and 6th ave is amazing. We'll definitely keep this home on our list of "must stays" whenever we visit.
